The house is just a 5 minute drive to the spectacular south Florida Beaches. We are 5 minutes from Gulfstream Village Racetrack and Casino with the all new shopping and dining complex.
The Mardi Gras Greyhound track and Casino where everybody wins is just a 7 minute drive. Conveniently located to Aventura Mall and Bal Harbor Shops.

We are group of long time friends in mid 30's all professionals, every year we rent a large house for our annual getaway and there is always someone in the group who prefers alternate accommodations, not this time!!This upscale house is in a great location within 5 minutes driving to the beach and short driving distance to Fort Lauderdale and Miami with shopping close by. We felt like we stayed in our own private resort, the house is corner unit on the inter-coastal waters and has a nice feel to it with the little Palms garden that gives off that tropical feel. The house is the last house on the block and offers a lot of privacy,with very spacious backyard which is a great place to host barbecue parties and enjoy the pool and the boats passing by. We grilled a lot this weekend!!! The house is very spacious and well maintained, it has everything you need from towels to kitchenware and even two refrigerators. Valerie and her staff were very accommodating and responsive to all our communications, and made our arrival and departure very easy. Thank you and we would definitely consider staying in this house again!

My group thoroughly enjoyed our week at the holiday house. It had every amenity one could expect and the facility was neat and clean. We made extensive use of the pool area and the family room and cooked in 3 nights using the well stocked kitchen.The house is in a beautiful location overlooking the intercoastal waterway. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and a maintenance crew picked up fallen limbs after a really windy day. All in all it was a wonderful place to spend our winter vacation. This home is truly amazing. The location, views, and atmosphere are wonderful. Every issue that came up, was addressed quickly and courteously. The house and yard were also spacious enough to accomodate our group and the value for the money is outstanding.
We absolutely loved the backyard the most. But would have liked to seen the pool heated. The bedrooms were great although they really sleep 14 and not 16 - lucky for us someone brought an air-mattress with them.
The master bath was outstanding as well. However, towels were limited for the number of guests, expecially beach towels.
The large kitchen allowed us to cook with ease and feed a big group, but cooking supplies (pots, pans, etc) were few and far between. The kitchen definitely was not stocked for a house of 16 people.
Overall, however, those minor details are null compared to the big picture of the place. This was by far one of the best vacations I've been on and it was amazing to share it with my family all in the same house.Response from Valerie Galsky - 12/07/2011

We are always happy to hear feedback from our guests so we can make upgrades as needed. The pool is heated but kept at a certain temperature. We would have been happy to turn up the temperature if the guest had contacted us. We have since added pots and pans to suit a larger than average number of guests. We move our air mattresses around from house to house. If we have a request for one, it is provided.
Unfortunately the guests did not contact us with any of the mentioned requests. -

We spent an unforgettable fortnight at this luxurious house, surrounded by a beautiful, spacious garden with a breathtaking view on the waterway and the neighborhood.
The service and assistance of Jorge and Valerie were reliable and caring from the beginning to the end of the rental procedure.
We recommend this company without hesitation to anyone and we are looking forward to do business with it at our next stay in Miami. -

The Holiday house was the perfect place for my friends and I. It was a nice break from our norm! We grilled, relaxed and enjoyed ourselves to the fullest! I will definetly be back! Oh and , Jorge was the best house manager ever!

Our family spend 1 week at the Holiday House in Hallendale and totally we were all very satisfied with the accomodations on the premises. The pool and basketball court was well enjoyed by the kids thus giviing the adults present much quality time. We would certainly rent this unit again. the house is nol well-maintain. It is dammage that you do not offer a clean house because it is a huge house, very nice place and wonderful ward ; it is dirty - it needs to be painted.

I only wish Rachel had communicated to me while she was staying with us. I would have taken care of it immediately and fired the cleaning crew a week earlier than I did. The house is painted every year and of course she would be the last person in there before the yearly refresher. I am so sorry Rachel and I will be happy to make it up to you!

I love this house. My stay was better then I thought it would be, the view was great, the rooms were great and I loved the pool. Some houses that you see in a picture sometimes don't measure up, but this house did and we can't wait to rent it again for our next vacation. The only problem I had was that we couldn't stay longer, but we know the next time to extend our trip lol...

My wife and I needed a house in the North Miami Beach area as we were getting married and had family to house.
From the very start Valerie was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. This filled me trust as I was making my arrangements outside of the us.
As soon as I saw the house I was in awe, the pictures dont do the place justice. The welcome pack was full of everything someone new to Miami could need to have a comfortable stay.
The house was perfectly maintained and was fully loaded with all the luxuries that made it a home away from home.
It was a perfect place to entertain guests and even my family that live in Miami were impressed with the property.
The views were fantastic and I loved sitting on the bench watching the mega-yachts sail past whilst smoking a cigar!
The rooms were generously sized and that first master bedroom was huge (it was the size of my whole ground floor of my house in England)!
I would recommend this house to anyone whether they be a first time visitor to Miami or seasoned regulars.
