Description
Welcome to this spacious lake side apartment with a style of its own for the individual wanting a special vacation. The recently renovated ground floor apartment was formerly a saw mill. There is direct access to a spacious garden and private beach. It is on the promontory of the gently flowing forest brook, the “Waldbach”. The total living space amounts to approx 120 m².
This apartment is ideal for individuals with an appreciation for aesthetic interior design who take pleasure in a tasteful and subtle flair of old and new and enjoy that special touch – Make your vacation a memorable one at the "Loft am See", it would be our pleasure to welcome you as our guests and we aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The historic background of this building originates at the height of economic prosperity derived from the salt which gave this whole region its name and can be traced back as far as 1807. The present structure was erected in 1845 and was used as a sawmill until 1962 Between 1978 and 1982 it was used as showroom and gallery for various art exhibits.
It was eventually adapted as a private residence in 1986 - with all modern comforts. The rear wall of the living room has the original bricking.
