landing on the island was a brezze picked up in our buggy and a short tour on the way to resort. apartment clean with all you need and more, fantasic views comftable beds,quiet and relaxing (it was off season can not comment on holiday season) but will say staff on the whole island were the best there are, friendly and accomadating Thanks for a great stay even though it rained due to bad timming it was still a fantastic place to holiday.

What a great apartment! Loved it the second we walked in. The view is amazing and we could stare at it all day - we almost did! The kitchen is fully stocked, and other than the questionable frying pans, was nice and in good working order. They def need new frying pans!!! Once we worked out that the dishwasher knob needs to be pressed to get the setttings we were fine with it. The cleaners even kindly left the condiments that previous quests had left which was very much apprecaited, we also left a few things hoping the next guests would benefit from them like salad dressings etc.
The towels were all Sheridan and lovely. The two queen beds in the second room were comfortable, though the master only has a double?? Wayyy too small. The sofas were lovely and comfortable as well.
The outdoor furniture was is really good working order and very comfortable. Loved the mains gas BBQ and the spa on the balcony.
This was by far the best apartment on the block l believe as it was close enough to the pool to be nice, but not too close that the noise annoyed us. What is also best about these first level apartments is that you have direct access to the lawns below via your own stairs (with a latched gate at the top for kids safety). The top floor apartments have to go all the way around the apartment block to get to the pool and lawn area, and with kids this would be annoying.

We have passed your constructive feedback onto the caretaker and owner - there will hopefully be new frypans the next time you visit and all of your other feedback will be taken onboard also!
The caretaker is looking into the 'double' bed in the master bedroom, as it is thought that it is a 'Queen'.
The view is defintely captivating and I too could sit and take it in all day long. Hopefully you will be able to experience it again.
Please mention that you are a return guest when you rebook and the reservation staff will look after you.

We were picked up at the airport on time and then given a great tour of the island on our way to our apartment. This was not expected but made the start to our holiday a great experience . The apartment was great it had it all views and class with a pool BBQ area and a spar what more could you want. I have forgot the girl that picked us up but she was one of the best she coud answer all our questions and gave the best service I have ever encounterd she is an asset to Hamilton island and the apartments she looks after.

We have been to Hamilton Island numerous times but hadnt been for a few years. The apartment Blue Water Views was just what we needed. It had everything. A couple of things like the dishwasher was faulty but the maintenence team was on to it. Gorgeous views,great set up and Coles on line makes it much easier. We would stay in this appnt again. The only fault was there was no where to hang your clothes. In the spare room where the kids were there was a wardrobe but just a few coasthangers.And bedside drawers only. So we half lived out of a suitcase. Other wise we loved the apartment.

We are a family of four with 2 children a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My son who is 3 is still asking when we will be returning and we will next year. From the moment we arrived and were picked up at the airport we felt relaxed. The accomodation was perfect for a family, lots of room and facilities and were very clean. Gorgous 180 degree views, perfect place to be especially when you have kids who sleep during the day it was nice to have great accomodation as we spend alot of time there in between sleeps. Would recommend to a family or couples sharing accomodation.

The place was perfect. Clean, well decorated and full facilities. Was looking forward to playing with the telescope but that wasn't there. We got married there and it was big enough for all our guests to come and party afterwards. I would stay there again.

Excellant accommodation with all the modern cons.
The spa & BBQ on the balcony was an added bonus.Having your own buggy to get around the island was great. Could find nothing negative about our stay at Hamilton.

While the condo apartment is beautiful, the outside noise level is bothersome. Do not plan a romantic adventure as there are lots of children making noise, blocking the road with their toys and lots of screaming.
The accomodation and views are amazing. -

We were picked up at the airport and driven to our accommodation. The apartment was clean, the furniture absolutely gorgeous and the view to die for. We had so much fun taking in the view and driving around exploring the island in our own cart. Fantastic and can't wait to get back there again!!

Blue Waters View 13 was the best place with the most awesome view ever!! We had 2 children...got to roam around the island in our own golf buggy. The accommodation was huge, spacious, luxurious, loved the spa on the balcony with a view to die for...everything you could possibly wish for. We will be back!!!

We loved everything about our stay on Hamilton Island but especially our accommodation at Blue Water Views 13. It was just like a home away from home - with a spectacular view and all the little extras most holiday accommodations don't even think of. We will definitely return and recommend this particular unit to our friends and family.

We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in style and the apartment looked wonderful on the website.
However, when we arrived it was clear that the property was 'dirty' and not all at the luxurious apartment we had thought it was going to be. The bathrooms in particular were filty, especially the toilets and there was dust and dirt everywhere.
There was no vaccum in the property so I couldn't even clean the mess up and the only brush was full of hair, dirt and dust which gives you an idea of what they were using to clean the apartment.
We also requested some glasses are there weren't any. The owner called us and made us feel very uncomfortable and was very off hand.
We will not be returning there in the future.
We did, however find the people from Hamilton Island Private apartments to be very friendly and helpful. -

The Bluewater Views apartment #13 definitely made a lasting impression from the moment we walked through the front door. The apartment was very clean, well styled furnished- making our holiday feel that extra more exotic. The balcony catered to great views over the water, incredible sunsets and late nights chatting around the outdoor dining set enjoying our Bbq-ed meals. The outside jacuzzi also get a workout. Everything was well thought through and every need catered for it was like our our private hotel penthouse. I have been continuously recommending the apartment to all my family and friends who plan a holiday to Hamilton and will most definitely return to the apartment myself in the future.
Location was fantastic- close to all amenties, walkable and for those who didn't want to drive the shuttle dropped you off right out the front. Truly and amazing apartment which just made the holiday all that more special -

Met on arrival. So friendly. Full of answers. Beautiful beautiful accommodation. The little red buggy was a delight. Extra foods left by previous occupants a real bonus. Never wanted to leave. Our first night was a little chilly though and we couldn't find a heater or how to use the heat on the air conditioner. Bed solved that problem though. When can we come back?
