FremantleA bit dissapointing
Left on 02/04/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Nice appartment, Beautiful location. However the place was not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Sand from previous renters was pushed under couches and tables. Beds were not prepared as requested (twins instead of double, not a huge deal). Bbq didn't work. Batteries were flat in the TV and DVD remotes. Many little things aren't a huge deal on there own, but all added up. When the rental company was notified on the first day we were there, they were slightly apologetic and said someone would come by to take a look, however no one showed up. Not something I'd expect from a 500$ a night apartment.

Londongreat location, needs some maintenance
Left on 05/28/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Stay includes pick up from the airport or ferry via the included golf buggy.
Fantastic location with a shared lawn and view to the sea - ideal spot!
Stay includes use of resort pools, but not water activities like kayaks or sail boats. There are lots of things to do on the island however, and we really enjoyed zipping around in the buggy.
Appartment is spacious and comfortable but there were a few issues, possibly due to the flat not being inhabited in awhile...
1. For the price paid and the warnings in the bond form I was expecting the flat to be clean, there was a lot of dust around the kitchen, see the photos.
2. Outdoor BBQ doesn't really work, it's got no oomph so we always had to cook inside.
3. Appliances had flat batteries, lightbulbs needed replaced, etc
4. The TV in the main living room does not have adequate reception to cover more than 2-3 channels, yet the TV in main bedroom (on the other side of the wall) does ... apparently they run off different antennas
Hopefully management will look to rectify these issues which we addressed during our stay and the Lagoon 002 will be a much improved experience.
Overall I would recommend staying here over the hotel, but think like a lot of australian accomodation they need to pay attention to maintenance for the price overseas visitors have to pay with the strong aUD.

Really enjoyed our stay. The service from the rental company started badly as they had no record that we were coming (internal admin miscommunication).
However, the apartment is great, though would benefit from modernising the kitchen & bathroom. Will definitely return in the near future -

The valet service was impeccable, the location and facilities were ideal. The buggy was a fantastic asset and I can fully recommend the Golf Course on Dent Island as well as the sunset cruise.

We all really needed a break so my wife our two youngest 18 months and 3 along with my mother stayed 10 nights. The location of the ground floor appartment was superb the view amazing and the whole experience one we all loved. We will definatley be back this appartment is perfect for kids with lawn our front, no balcony concerns about balconies, stroll to all the pools and space for all.

Lagoon apartments were very spacious, clean and very up to date with plasma tvs and a fully equiped kitchen with microwave etc... 2 Large bathrooms make it easy with a 3 year old daughter to have a nice experience without being too cramped. Loved the island and cant wait to save up our money again and hopefully come back in another year to do it all over again. Ps: Loved the open gardens in front of the balcony ( plenty of room for my daughter to run)

The apartment was good however having to wash up without a dishwasher was a bit tiresome and the girls in the single beds found them hard and uncomfortable so slept on the couches in the living room.
