Bateau BayLocation is excellent, apartment is good size and just painted -
Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The stay was fantastic, the weather and location of the apartment is awesome.
The apartment is a great size and layout is good. There were 4 adults and 2 kids staying and plenty of room for all.
New air conditioners were great.
The kitchen was a little disappointing as it says fully equipped but there is no oven, only microwave, cook top and dishwasher. The fridge was leaking but is due to be repaired. Also the amenities like fry pans were a little old and not in the best state, which was disappointing especially as we were forced to use it due to the lack of oven.
If you stay here make sure you don't have anything that will attract ants as they will join the party very quickly and won't leave until the source of attraction has been removed.
The buggy was great and we had a need to use it quite a bit as one of our party was limited with mobility. Otherwise, we probably would have walked everywhere except the marina.
There was a stroller in the apartment that was not mentioned, so we brought ours and could have left it at home.
The cot is quite old and a little lumpy and my son did not sleep well, which may have been a result of this.
The apartment would have benefited from having curtains cleaned and newer towels as they were a little tatty. Also beach towels would have been helpful as we had to pack them and they take so much room in the case.
The service was pretty good, the toaster died one day and we had a replacement that afternoon. The buggy needed a replacement seat belt which was noted when we arrived, but we had to follow up to get it fixed.
Overall, we had a great time, very relaxing and you could never get sick of that view.
I hope you enjoy your stay.

MelbourneBeautiful gardens however accommodation
Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in April 2012
Beautiful gardens however accommodation was pretty average. Upon entrance everything looked great, but once accommodated there was issues. Ants unbelievable, everywhere in the kitchen area and bedroom cupboards!!Had to keep food locked in a bag to ensure everything was sealed properly! The couch stunk, couldn't put your face on it, air conditioner still leaked even though they had a technician in their fixing, clothes drier didn't work had to get some out to fix it. No oven in the kitchen, major problem when you have kids! Kids kept slipping when exiting the shower, drains in the shower were clogged so always flooded!! This place had quite few maintance issues but was a delight to be sitting outside in the lawn area and waking up to the beautiful view! another issue was the sound of fans running overnight, bit difficult to get a good sleep in the back room.

Lakes EntranceAmazing!
Left on 12/27/2011 for a stay in November 2011
The Lagoon 004 apartment is situated in i think one of the best spots on the island. Having the ground floor you still have amazing views over the water and more room.
I would recomend this apartment to anyone wishing to have a quiet getaway.
Will definately be visiting again! -

MelbourneLovely apartment, stunning views, beautiful wildlife
Left on 12/22/2011 for a stay in November 2011
We were met at the airport on arrival by a lovely member of staff and taken to our location. The apartment was lovely, right opposite the beach with great views. The golf buggy that was provided was terrific to get around the island. The location was so peaceful compared to other places we have stayed. Having full use of the resort was also a bonus. This was our first trip to the island and it certainly will not be our last.
I think though next time we will get an apartment upstairs instead of the ground floor just to have a bit more privacy. -

BuderimGreat space for a family
Left on 12/22/2011 for a stay in November 2011
Lagoon 004 was a great place to spend 9 days relaxing with the family. having 2 kids under 4 the amount of space and lawn was a blessing.
other than some leaking airconditioning and a possum that chose to use the BBQ as a home the stay was perfect.
My only wish would be for a hose to be fitted so you could wash down the tiles in the outside area. With so much wildlife leaving their calling cards, it became very grubby and the supllied broom was not adequate to clean up on a daily basis. -

Melbournegreat spot for kids
Left on 12/13/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Great spot to have the family stay, seperate bedrooms and ktichen dining plus outdoor area was fantastic. loved the extra kids plates and plastic bits and pieces. could do with a bit of updating here and there, pity no oven. only one of the fans worked properly and could do with some repairs.
over all would recommend.
Not the units fault but not a lot to do with kids under 5 if weather goes bad. -

DrummoyneLovely but no oven!

It was lovely and the apartment was clean. However, there wasn't an oven and for families with young children this would definitely be a minus.

We were so comfortable in this apartment, it had everything we needed in it. The outdoor area was great and plenty of room. So close to the beach and the resort pools and the view was brilliant, did'nt want to leave. Going back next year! Having the buggy included made it so easy getting around.
