We had an amazing holiday staying at Panorama 10. The accommodation was perfect... very clean on arrival. We were picked up from the airport & taken straight to Panorama 10. Having our own buggy was amazing. I strongly recomment staying at Panorama 10... We will again.

Can't fault the service - our host was excellent, she was attentive and did her best to rectify any problems immediately that were within her abilities and resources. Made our stay enjoyable.
The apartment was well equipped and in good condition with all needs met.
Workers replacing roof guttering and doing other maintenance while we were there - surely this could have been organised when the apartments were vacant prior to school holiday period?Apartment was surface clean and well presented(under the beds was very dirty- pity)Air-con didn't work (but was fixed asap) No TV remote (replaced immediately upon notification)
Pool was clean, gas was full, great views, great buggy, good size bedrooms and requests met. Vrey comfortable and relaxing.Great with kids too.

A well maintained 2 bedroom apartment in a very convenient location, with magnificent sunsets over the beautiful Whitsundays . We had a great 6 days on Hamilton Island in September 2011.

Everything was good about the service we received, Panorama 10 was superb and very clean, wonderful view from main bedroom and living room. There's plenty to do on the island if you have enough money, bars and restaurants good quality but pricey. The drinks and wine are expensive, which is surprising as we can buy australian wine in England for less than half the price. Overall we had a good time apart from the weather which was awful, oh and the animals making a racket on the decking at night.

We stayed in Panorama 16, the last in a block of apartments. We were met at the ferry by a very cheerful young woman, she gave us tips about restaurants on the way to our apartment & was good in explaining how the complimentary buggy worked, how to 'charge it' at night etc. The location was excellent with great views from our verandah over the water, however there is a very steep climb home from the town if you decide to walk. The apartment was very clean, the master bedroom mattress was terrible & needs replacing. I had a 'cold' shower on two mornings, we found the hot water in the en suites to be temperamental. Due to the flights off the Island being in the PM we were given a complimentary late check out...Thank you for that it was appreciated, We also received a valet service to take us to the airport at no cost...again Thank you.

Overall a fantastic holiday rental. the access to the Edge infinity pool really made the experience.
The only complaint was that the cleaning wasn't finished when we arrived - there were still mops out, rubbish and dirty laundry.
Perhaps could clean the little area outside the 2nd bedroom as well. Bit dodgy.
