From the moment we were met at the airport until we (unfortunately)left was magic - huge apartment that easily met our requirements for 5 adults - great views and the Buggy was fantastic to Zoom around the island

We travelled to Hamilton Island with our family of 5 adults and two children. The location of Poinciana 212 was perfect - right between the beach and the marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious with a full kitchen and great bathrooms. The views from the deck over Catseye Beach was spectacular at all times of day, but especially for sunrise. The golfcart was handy and fun, and the valet service taking us to and from the airport was great. We appreciated that since we were not flying out until 4 p.m., they allowed us to check out of the apartment late, so we weren't sitting around with our luggage waiting to leave. There was lots of wildlife right under our balcony (kangaroos and wallabys, Kookaburras on the patio. Lots of bats at night. All round terrific experience. We would have appreciated if the resort had told us ahead of time that the kids club would be closed. The beach is nice enough, but extreme tides make watersports only possible at limited times. Still, all in all, amazing trip. We would definitely book this apartment again if we go back.

The service was first class right from our arival at the airport. Our service liaison, Sinead, was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very well appointed, large enough so that the four adults didn't feel crowded and it was very comfortable with a great view. Like most places on the Island the apratment wasn't far from any of the amenities but far enough away so as not to cause disturbance buy other island guests. The thing I liked least was the weather that week but it really didn't hinder our enjoyment of the island.

We had an amazing week on Hamilton Island,the apartment was equipped to a very high standard,and ideally located with amazing views, the wild life that came to greet us on our arrival was a lovely unexpected surprise.

the check in was seamless and the greeter (John) was great. Good views. Very clean. the pool area was not so great... i.e. no sun very overgrown and uninviting. it was good to have full use of a buggy.

We stayed at Poincianna 212 with our 4 kids under 10. It was comfortable, plenty of space and all the creature comforts of home.
I was impressed with the level of customer service from checkin to checkout. We will stay here again.

We always ahve a great time on the island. The downer was we were left on the island by Virgin airlines( flight Cancelled) who to this date still owes me $800.00 for what we did to get off the island.

Wonderful apartment in a brilliant location with a fantastic view. Was pefect for our holiday withfussy grandparents from overseas and children aged 4 and 7... we will be back!

The room was very well presented and spacious. With 3 children it was important that we all had our own space to unwind and this property offered us this. Having televisions in each room and the lounge area facilitated an evenings of tranquility after a full day.

Poinciana was such a lovely holiday. These older units are solidly built unlike some of the other residences on the island and very little if any sound carries between the units. We found it easy to walk to shops or beach and the Poinciana pool was a private little gem!

We have stayed in a few apartments as we love to go to Hanilton Island each year,but this was the best,every thing about it was amazing,we had the best time on the Island then at night we would go back to our luxurious apartment and have a bbq on our balcony.Hamilton Island is heaven on earth,and i cant wait to get back.Anyone reading this and havent yet been go.

Unit is well poistioned (easy walking distance) to both the harbour and the beach. View from balcony fantastic. Unit very functional and reasonably clean. Shame the water filter tap did not work.
