Poinciana 006 offers a great location with fantastic views. It is in a central location with walking distance to the resort, the beach and the front street where you will find all the main restaurants and shops. This is a great place to relax and stay close to the action.
This fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is air conditioned throughout, has a laundry complete with washing machine, and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has a King with LCD TV (Austar) and ensuite, the 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed.

The apartment was fantastic and very suited to what we were after. We had our baby and our parents with us and there was plenty of room for all. The property is perfectly located, came with a buggy, was clean & well equipped and because it is on the ground floor it has a great sized tiled entertaining terrace and a nice grassed area (great for kids) which we loved.
We would be more than happy to holiday here again. And Tia, who checked us in and out of our apartment was fantastic. 5 stars for great service.
Only thing is if you have a child this room doesn't have a high chair or portacot included. We had to hire them from the Clownfish Club. -
