Offering breathtaking ocean and marina views, this spacious apartment is sure to provide the perfect holiday experience.

A large lounge room with modern comfortable furnishings including large screen Plasma Television and Austar allows for relaxation after a busy day on the island.

The modern kitchen equipped with European stainless steel appliances and all the modern cons makes eating in a pleasure. Complete with coffee machine and starter packs of coffee pods provided.

Dining area with large table and chairs.

Second lounge room with comfortable double sofa bed (can be used for sleeping - please notify us if needed at... time of booking as additional $75 linen charge per booking may apply)

3 very large bedrooms, one with king bed, 2nd with king bed and 3rd with choice of 2 king singles or they can be zipped together to make another king bed.

3 good sized bathrooms, 1st with shower as well as extra large spa bath, 2nd with shower and bath and 3rd with shower.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board/ iron

We can provide a complimentary port a cot and high chair upon request

Things To Do

Beaches

Hamilton Island features beaches equipped with kayaks, jet skis and water toys as well as deserted sandy stretches where the only footprints you will see are your own.

Boating

Feel the salty sea breeze at the helm of a luxury yacht or cruiser as you beach-comb from island to island.

Flights

Take a chopper flight over the reef and islands or fly in a sea plane and land inside Hardy Lagoon or on Whitehaven Beach where you'll snorkel or picnic. Adrenalin junkies can get the best view of all, hurtling to earth on a tandem sky dive.

Reef

The reef is World Heritage-listed, visible from outer space and home to the greatest variety of species found in any one location on the planet. Take the plunge and experience a dive amongst dazzling fish and coral, a true wonder of the world. Viewing the reef formations can also be done from glass-bottomed boats.

Dining

There are numerous popular restaurants, takeaways, a bakery and a supermarket on the island, so you may opt to dine out or cook at home in the villa's spacious full kitchen.

Fishing

Take a day trip fishing in paradise. Most charters include use of rods, tackle, bait, morning and afternoon tea, a spectacular lunch and air-conditioned courtesy coach transfers from your apartment.

Day Spa

Whether you need to de-stress or simply desire some me-time, visit the nearby day spa for some serious pampering. The day spa is the perfect setting to relax and revitalize your senses.

Golf

Purchase a golf package from the Hamilton Island tour desk including the short ferry ride to Dent Island, a game of golf with spectacular views at every hole, golf buggy and more. Have lunch at the magnificent club house.

Spacious and luxurious, Villa 3 Pavilions is located within walking distance (or a short golf buggy ride) of nearby restaurants, shops and everything the island has to offer. You have full access to the nearby main resort, which includes use of the large pool and pool bar.

Hamilton Island is 900 kilometres (560 miles) north of Brisbane, in the heart of Queensland's popular Whitsunday Islands, Hamilton Island is one of the more accessible stunning resort islands on Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

With an area of five amazing square kilometres, Hamilton Island lies close to the southeastern tip of Whitsunday Island, the largest island (109 square kilometres) in the Whitsunday group, north Queensland.
Unlike Green Island and Heron Island, which are cays, the Whitsunday Islands are mostly continental islands and are the tips of underwater mountains. Many of these islands, including Hamilton Island, have fringing coral reefs and are considered to be part of the Great Barrier Reef.

Hamilton is the only Queensland island with a modern jet airport with direct flights to Hamilton Island from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Cairns and Townsville in Queensland, and from Melbourne, Sydney, and Uluru in the Northern Territory.

If traveling overland on the Queensland coast, a fast ferry to Hamilton Island is available from Airlie Beach, south of the town of Bowen. Or you can sail your own boat to Hamilton Island and dock it right outside your villa!

  We Will definitely return to Villa 3 Pavillions on Hamilton Island soon. The villa was spacious with stunning ocean views and a huge wrap around verandah, BBQ, outdoor dining and sun-lounges. The bedrooms are extra spacious and the master ensuite spa is amazing. There are even 2 lounge rooms. Much bigger than your average house!! Kitchen was well equipped and large. The position is close to everything. We could walk to the marina but the kids had too much fun wanting to ride in the golf buggy instead. The booking process was a dream and the valet was super friendly and helpful once we got there. Our kettle stopped working and we were given a new one within minutes. Fantastic Thanks!!

  We stayed at Pavillions 19 it was amazing we have stayed at many privately owned homes on the Island but this was the best by far... great views walking distance to everything very quiet great spa great verandahs what more can i say...we didnt want to leave the island this timeah well see you again next year I think we just love Hammo
