Hampton Beach Studio Rental, Clean, Steps to the Beach, Views of the Marsh from back deck. This unit is comfortably furnished with 2 double beds. 1 Bathroom with Shower. There is a kitchenette area with fridge, stove top burners, etc... coffee maker, microwave, skillet and charcoal grill. There is a dining table with seating for 6. There is cable TV and a VCR. There is a ceiling fan and portable fan. There are 2 designated parking spaces. There is a pool onsite (no lifeguard). The unit is aprox. 1 mile from the boardwalk.

There is no laundry facility, telephone, air conditioning or housekeeping on site.
Unit #19 - It is the 2nd to last unit in the driveway.. It is the only unit with a ramp in the front.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.. Check out time is 11:00.
You are responsible for leaving the unit the way you find it. Please clean and put away any dishes that you use. Please remove all used charcoal from the grill if you use it. If any extra cleaning (above normal wear & tear) is required, or any incidentals, you will be charged accordingly. (Please make sure no foreign objects enter the toilet - mostly for the kiddies!)
