This is the first time I've stayed in northern Kauai and I couldn't have selected a better place! This is a beautiful house in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach, and Hanalei town is so cute. Bikes, chairs, boogie boards and coolers are included so no need to rent anything. The ping pong table is an added bonus for kids...my son and I played a bit. The wrap around lanai is awesome and great for keeping out pesky mosquitos. Hanalei Bay is now my hands down favorite beach...loved walking there and watching surfers, boogie boarding, or just reading on the beach. I can't say enough about this beautiful place and look forward to visiting again soon!

Ka Makana is immaculate, well situated, perfect for our trip to Hanalei with two kids and gramma. We would stay again in a heart-beat!
