Breckenridge, ColoradoA week at Paulele
Left on 04/10/2013 for a stay in April 2013
This was our third year at Paulele. This house works very well for our family. We like the easy access to the beach and the lower level of street traffic north of the main intersection where cars turn to go out to the pier. With all major living spaces on the second floor we can see the surf break out on the point as well as mountain views. As usual, the service received from Na Pali Properties was outstanding.

This house is amazing! Located just blocks from the beach & the cute town of Hanalei, we very rarely had to get in the car. Wonderful wrap around deck - one side with ocean views the other with fantastic mountain views. We couldn't have asked for anything nicer - large comfortable living area perfect for family gatherings & totally private & separate bedrooms - everything spotless. The owner has been more than helpful & did everything to make our stay exceptional. While staying here - rent bikes & pedal to town - the Hanalei Roastery is a great place for coffee & pastries - Kalypso's has the best pina coladas I've ever tasted & for a special treat - dinner at the Dolphin is amazing. I would stay away from Baracuda - over priced & very small portions - that is the only thing we did that I would not do again.

Breckenridge, COWonderful house for a party of 8 in a great town near a outsatnd
Left on 04/22/2011 for a stay in April 2011
We had a great time at Paulele. We particularly liked the close access to our favorite beach on Kauai and that we could easily walk into town. The traffic on Weke Rd. was not bad at all. The house layout was close to perfect for the group we had. We plan to rent Paulele again in 2012.

Seattleneeds an update
Left on 09/02/2009 for a stay in August 2009
We enjoyed our stay in Hannalei. This is the second time we have visited. Paulele was nice but it needs an update. For the money it doesn't compare well with places we have stayed in Mexico. In some ways in didn't stack up as nice as the Ohana house we rented 4 years ago. The couches were worn down, beach equipment was old missing or broken, the screen doors in the back bedrooms were ripped and I patched them with duct tape, and the house was very hot. Other homes have skylights and built in fans to pull the midday heat out of the house. Paulele did not and this was a BIG deal. We liked the location, the view of the bay, the games, etc. We likeed the service we got from Na Pali properties. And, we liked Hanalei and will probably visit again. On our next visit we are more likely to rent a house other than Paulele

San Clemente, CAOur Second Home
Left on 12/15/2008 for a stay in July 2008
Our family has stayed at Paulele for the past 3 years (and we're going back in July 2009). We have taken our kids--and now grandkids--to Hanalei for around 20 years now; absolutely love the peaceful small town-ness there. Paulele is the icing on the cake--a home large enough for us to house our family and also to entertain visitors on the spacious deck. It is well stocked with everything a family could possibly need--just bring your food and you are set for an amazing vacation.
We've checked out many, many rentals in the Hanalei area; none fill the bill for us like Paulele. It just feels like our home in paradise; we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! -

McKinney, TXSpacious home - great for large families
Left on 12/15/2008 for a stay in July 2008
Paulele is a great house to rent especially if you have a large family and
want to be able to spread out. The large family room, separate TV area and
the two dining areas are fantastic. The two private detatched master suites
are really spacious and the downstairs bedrooms are great for older teens.
Lots of bathrooms and a great deck with ocean views are great!
