A fabulous brand new Hideaway-yet close to all ameneties

We have been vacationing during summer & fall in Delaware County NY State - Catskill Region for over 20+ years. We love to be outdoors, fish, bike ride, canoe, etc. This brand new home is directly on the Delaware River, there are "Fish Camps" close by, but who wants to pay those outrageous rates, when you can fish for trout on one of the finest rivers in the northeast, and have your own private hideaway. I could practically fish from the rear huge wrap-around-deck; the Delaware River is about 15 feet from the easy access way from the deck. The interior is nicely furnished, and very clean! The home is near the end of a quiet great short access road, so it is easy to-get-to and also has maximum privacy. There are only two other homes on the road. We were able to go into the very quaint historic town - Hancock NY - which is only about a 3 minute drive - to the supermarket, restaurant, diner, shopping, etc. The home is less than 5 minutes to the Pennsylvania Border - so you can go to Scranton Pa easily, Binghamton NY, Middletown NY, or Woodstock NY, in less than one hour. During the summer months there are lots of local fairs, art shows, & outdoor festivals. You can even drive about 1 hour to the Bethel NY Museum (loaded with the 1969 Woodstock Memorabilia) where they also run weekly fabulous outdoor concerts. The week that we spent at this home was like heaven on earth. We will be sure to reserve at least 2 weeks during august 2013.
