Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This accommodation was ideal and met all our requirements. It had everything to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bedrooms were cosy and clean, the bathroom with its spacious shower was also lovely whilst the kitchen and dining area had more than adequate facilities. We spend all our evenings in the spacious living room, watching TV (as it was part of the Wimbledon fortnight!). We could not have made a better choice for our base to explore the Peak District.

This is our fourth stay at Stubben Barn, and we are never disappointed. Mike and ann Kerry are so welcoming and nothing is too much bother for them. The cottage is superbly-equipped and very comfortable and warm. The view from the large lounge window over the reservoir is wonderful and the Matlock Hills from the side windows superb, when it is not raining!! Couldn't want anywhere nicer. Central location for visiting Derbshire.

Great hosts & everything in easy reach from walks & cycle rides. Lots of ideas in the accommodation including restaurants & upto date interests. Accommodation boasts full range of cooking eqipment & amazing heating system in the colder months. Would be somewhere I'd go back to

We all had a fantastic time. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Our twin boys loved the space to run around and play. Have booked again for June!
