Fairways Condominium #3, a 3 star rated property, is a two bedroom plus loft condo located on the 1st fairway of the Birches course at Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club. The fully equipped kitchen allows your group to prepare homemade meals on nights in. Socialize together in the living room with a gas log fireplace and TV or sit out on the back deck to watch golfers on the course. Both bedrooms are located on the second level of this condo. I loved the location at Birchwood. It was exactly what we wanted. Also the location of the condo on the golf course was perfect. You could walk to the club. The condo itself needed updating. Old Tv's, no internet, dated kitchen, but well stocked. Very uncomfortable sofa in the main area. This was a 2 bedroom condo. Nice size rooms, unfortunately the Master bedroom bed was so very uncomfortable. Very lumpy. The wall unit it was in was overpowering and gross. A simple headboard would have been much better. The large walk-in closet was a nice surprise. The Master bathroom was ok except for the shower unit. It was fiberglass and the drain was awful!! The water was up above your ankles, even with a quick shower. The guest room and bath was fine for my 16 year old son. Decorated cute.

Your upgrade suggestions have been passed along to the owner. Since your stay they have added wired internet access. The draining problem you experienced in the shower has also been resolved.
