The property is situated in the historic town of Harlech in the Snowdonia national park, North Wales between Porthmadog and Barmouth. Although officially a town, Harlech is village sized and set in a rural and coastal environment between coast and mountains. It is a world heritage site due to the imposing castle which is built on an equally imposing rock outcrop. The predominant 'industries' in the area are tourism and farming (mainly sheep. It has a long, safe, sandy beach where children can play with the minimum of supervision, and is an ideal location for both beach, walking, sightseeing and golfing holidays.

Please contact owners for exact rates per week or view them within 'Property description' on the 'Overview' page or on our website, www.harlechapartment.iowners.net. Please enquire for rates for bookings of less than one week and for any dates after those shown above. Nightly rates vary with season and length of stay - nightly rates shown are for a 3 night stay (longer stays are cheaper per night & 2 night stays are dearer per night as a cleaning fee is integral to the rate). All prices are inclusive of bedding, towels & electricity. If you wish to bring your own towels & bedding we will deduct 10% from the price.
Our changeover day is Saturday in high season (school holidays), arrival 3pm, departure 11am. Please ask for an alternative day if this is not convenient for you & if possible we will meet your requirements. There is usually no problem at all with arrival on any day outside the high season. We can usually also arrange late bookings - ideally in colder weather please contact us at least the day before you wish to arrive so we can get the heating on for you.
Short bookings of 2 nights or more can be booked in advance for low season & nearer the time of arrival for high season. Please contact us for prices.
