This beautiful, stone-built detached house can sleep up to seven people across three bedrooms and is a perfect base for families and groups of friends looking to explore this exciting region. Standing beside the famous Royal St. David's championship 18-hole links golf course and just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Harlech village, this stone built, detached house is just a short distance from a beautiful six-mile long sandy beach. With comfortable, well-equipped accommodation, the house provides a spacious living area complete with cosy wood-burning stove as well as a pretty patio with views of the magnificent 13th Century castle. The s...tunning coastline, Snowdonia National Park and the Welsh Highland Railway are all close by, making this a superbly situated property, regardless of the time of year.

Popular with golfers who come specifically to enjoy the famous course at Royal St. David's, the town is also an excellent location for families who want to enjoy a traditional seaside vacation. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.   The cottage is delightful - more spacious than you might expect, with three bedrooms, two of which are large, the other is a good size. The kitchen is well equipped and all other ameneties are good. The lounge is cozy with a wonderful log burner for the evenings. The central heating works well, and the whole place is warm when it needs to be.
  The railway runs directly behind the cottage, but this is not the issue one might think - there are not many trains, and none overnight. During the summer there are occasional steam trains as well - very nostalgic! The cottage is also adjacent to the Royal St Davids Golf Club, and so keen golfers don't have far to go. Harlech itself has a selection of shops - none are big, so it is a trek to a bigger supermarket, but you can easily get all you need in the town (but maybe at a price).
