Relaxing and peaceful cottage with comfy beds and super log fire on the edge of the village of Harleston, south Norfolk. Large garden and parking space. Within easy reach of plenty of picturesque villages and the Suffolk coast. Norwich also well worth a visit.

Willow Brook was a gem of a cottage with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. A beautiful area to stay and explore but sadly one week was not enough. Thanks to the owners for letting us share their little piece of heaven.

Lovely 'homely' well-equipped cottage, centrally located for all amenities; an excellent base for walking and visiting surrounding area. Harleston has a good choice of shops, friendly people and the pubs were 'dog friendly'.

A comfortable cottage in a small town with a good range of shops, eateries and pubs.

Booking was easy and well handled and the price of the accommodation was very reasonable.

The cottage was easy to find and although not particularly picturesque from the outside was well appointed inside with comfortable lounge and two good beds. There is an efficient walk-in shower enclosure, a well stocked kitchen more than adequate for any self-catering requirements.I have one tiny gripe in that there were no mugs supplied for people like my wife and I who like our coffee plentiful and in sizeable mugs.

There is a splendid garden which attacts a good range of wildlife, especially birds. We spent a lot of time there when not out and about in the locality. Well placed for those with an interest in birds with Minsmere and the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary easily accessible. Other places like Southwold are well worth a day out with its fine beach and good shops and restaurants and pubs,

      A peaceful haven.

This cottage is ideally situated at the end of the quaint little village of Harleston. Within easy reach of the main road to Norwich. Harleston itself is a vibrant, friendly village providing all the amenities one could want. The cottage is set back off the main road. On entering the front door you find yourself in the delightful sitting room which has a stairway to the bedrooms on the first floor. There is a well-equipped kitchen and shower room at the rear of the ground floor. The cottage is tastefuly decorated throughout. The owners have thoughtfully provided books and games for those times when you just want to "chill out!!". Through the kitchen to the back door and you find yourself in a pretty, long garden with a stream running along the end. Sit here and watch the myriad of wild life, kingfishers, squirrels etc. A most relaxing place to recover from the stresses and strains of modern day living.
We booked this cottage for one week but loved it, and the village of Harleston itself, so much that we ended up staying for two weeks. We left feeling refreshed and revived. We are looking forward to our next visit.
