Located on St. John USVI, Hart Bay Ridge is perched 400’ above the Caribbean Sea overlooking Hart Bay and Chocolate Hole Bay with sweeping sea views of St. Croix to the South and St. Thomas to the west.

Let the sounds of the Hart Bay surf relax you while enjoying the fantastic sunsets. Soak in the sun on the brick pool deck while watching sea birds soar the ridge or cool off in the swimming pool wrapped with native island stone. The shade seekers will enjoy the multiple covered porch options.

Just 10 minutes from Cruz Bay at the end... of an unpaved road offering privacy and seclusion, Hart Bay Ridge offers 3 bedrooms (king beds) with en-suite baths, a 25’x25’ great room ideal for family gatherings and meals, a cozy media room with mahogany wet bar, and an office for staying in touch.

The main entrance to Hart Bay Ridge is by way of the large great room offering a modern kitchen, large dining table with seating for 8, comfortable furnishings, walk-out access to the covered porch and expansive views of the Caribbean. Also included is a modern entertainment center including a 46” flat screen satellite TV, Denon Surround Sound, Blu-Ray DVD player, and an iPod audio hook-up.

The great room is flanked by two large bedrooms (king beds) with en-suite baths, zone-controlled air conditioning, sea views, and direct access to the covered porch.

The lower level of Hart Bay Ridge is serviced by an interior mahogany staircase and includes the 3rd bedroom with ocean views, media room, office and laundry room. The 3rd bedroom offers a king bed (or 2 twin beds) with en-suite bath and direct access to a covered porch surrounded by the landscaped backyard. The separate nautical theme media room offers a 40” flat screen satellite TV, Denon Surround Sound, and Blu-Ray DVD player. In addition to high-speed internet, the office includes a combination fax/printer/scanner/copier and is tucked away off the media room for quiet and privacy. The lower level also offers zone-controlled air conditioning.

Completed in 2009, Hart Bay Ridge caters very comfortably to both couples and families up to a maximum of 6. It offers a private location yet remains conveniently located to Cruz Bay and is within 15~20 minutes of the beautiful St. John North Shore beaches.Read more

  We loved Hart Bay Ridge! We stayed there over Easter. It is a large, well crafted home nestled in a private hillside, perched above Hart Bay with extended views of Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay. The views are incredible and can be enjoyed from several outdoor porches. The home is clean, comfortable, casual and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were spacious, each with an incredible view and their own bathroom. A great room upstairs and an entertainment room downstairs gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax, away from each other. We were provided all the amenities that you need while staying in a rental, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. The private pool was our favorite feature of the house, especially for our teenage children. The location is perfect...close to Cruz Bay and a short drive to nearby beaches. Hilarie, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with, easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. We highly recommend this property! We hope to return to St. John again soon and we would definitely stay here again.
