This charming Cape Cod home features an updated kitchen, outdoor patio, and sleeping accommodations for six travelers. The property is available year-round.
There's a bedroom downstairs with a full bath and two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. A washer and dryer are located in the basement; there's also an outdoor shower. Check-in starts at 3 p.m., and check-out ends at 10 a.m.
During your trip, consider visiting an art gallery, renting a boat, and going out for seafood.

Wonderful experience
The only drawback to our stay was finding that we had trash left over from previous renters that had not been picked up. The trash barrels were full, and we had to call the disposal service ourselves. Thankfully, the number was posted inside the rental. I think that it is a little silly to have trash pick up on a Monday, when renters typically leave on Saturday and the fact that we were not told where to leave the trash for pick up.

Thank you for your comments. Trash on Cape Cod is sometimes a challenge during peak summer months. We are an island with only a few companies handling trash take away. And these companies actually do have to arrrange to take the trash off Cape. They work 7 days a week and really try to accomodate all of the hundreds of Cape rental homes. We try to have the trash company contact info posted at our homes and also if you call our office we try to track down too. NE Vacation Rentals

This is a perfect house for a family of 6 and it is pet friendly
This is the second year we have stayed here. The location is great and it is on a quiet street. Great for kids and dogs. Walking distance to the beach. Hopefully, will be able to do it again next summer.

Charming cottage; great location!
This rental was small but charming. It was a short walk to both the beach and the town of Harwich Port. The street the house was on is quiet and lovely. The bedrooms were great, but some of the twin beds needed new mattresses. I would definitely rent this house again.

Quiet setting in lovely neighborhood
We thought the house was perfect for us, and being able to bring our pet was an added bonus. The house was in a quiet area, and within a reasonable distance to the beach. We would suggest that the owner get a gas grill; the grill that was at the house was a small table top charcoal grill and inadequate for a family to be cooking on. We had rented for two weeks and a grill was a necessity! Also, the kitchen supplies (dishes, glasses, etc.) were terrible, and for a minimal investment, could easily be upgraded. We also could not locate the remote for the DVD player and were not able to watch several movies that we rented (we did notify the realtor of this) as a result. Not sure if it was ever found.
