This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. The size of the house and layout is great for our extended family of 10. We love the close proximity to the beach and town of Harwichport. I would encourage you to pay more detail to the upkeep of this property and cleaning preperation before someone arrives. The house was dirty when the first family member arrived. Kitchen and bathrooms were not clean and the previous tenant did not dispose of their garbage. Multiple bags were left outside and the cleaning crew did not remove the waste. A few other comments. We recommended that the bedspreads be replaced in the bedroom on the main floor that has double beds. The batting is completely worn and they are not functional. Exposed nails in the entryway to the closet in that bedroom are unsafe. The carpet upstairs is badly stained and needs to be replaced.The kitchen does not have enough pots and pans. We provided many of the suggestions at the end of last year. Finally, although I realize it is a rental, some basic yard work would improve the appearance. Unruly weeds have been a staple at this house each year. None of these simple improvements would be costly with the exception of re-carpeting upstairs. Feel free to contact me @ 215-654-1370. This home has had a complete maintenance change since this review back in 2008. The home is professionally cared and cleaned for several years now. We are proud to have the same repeat guests for this home year after year. Even the guest that wrote this review has come back every year and has enjoyed the change. As of 2013 this home even has a/c units in the bedrooms.

Location was perfect. Close to a very nice beach and quick walk to town.
Space in the house was great for a large family.
Only complaint was needed ceiling fans in bedrooms.
We would definitely rent this property again.

Great spot, close to Bank street Beach. House was fully equipped. Nice to have Two Master suites.
Only downside was a lot of teenage drivers racing up and down Bank Street late at night going to the beach.
