First floor consists of a good sized kitchen open to a bright dining area which opens to a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. Also a full bathroom and one bedroom on this floor. On the second story is the other full bathroom between 2 very large bedrooms each with a/c window units. SURPRISE!
