Central A/C new for 2013! The large yard is peaceful, beautifully landscaped, and a haven for bird-lovers! Jacknife Beach on Pleasant Bay is less than a mile away! Three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) and 2 baths. The finished lower-level has a queen futon, a daybed with a trundle bed (2 twins) and a ping-pong table! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely summer home. It was well maintained, beautifully appointed and set in a tranquil private residential area. We loved the little waterfall out back! The wraparound porch was the perfect quiet place to read and bird watch. We would definitely come back. The only minor negative, which we were aware of before booking, is that one must drive to all major beaches. This home is within close driving proximaty to restaurants, grocery store, and movie theater. A true gem!
