The best part of our whole week-long trip to Cape Cod was this house. It's big, beautiful,updated, plenty of bedrooms/baths, huge kitchen, beautifully decorated, just great for a large family trip. It had several tvs and a great pool table in the finished basement. Huge deck outside, which we didn't get to take adavantage of too much b/c it was chilly and a little rainy, but beautiful anyway.
The only drawback was the leasing company. The front door wasn't open when we got there (keys were inside), our son managed to find a basement door that was open or we would have been stuck waiting for someone to let us in at 7 at night. Grill propane tank ran out while our first meal was half-cooked. We had no garbage can in the kitchen, had to hang an empty bag on a drawer handle - we did get one from the leasing co. after a couple days. Our leasing packet we found on arrival said we had to wash and dry all linens, sweep and vacuum all floors before we left the property the last day, but still had to check out by 10 am. Turned out those instructions were not for this upscale rental and all that work would be done by a maid service, which we should have guessed. But we like to follow directions so were halfway through the laundry by the time we called the leasing co. to confirm the instructions, since we would not be able to get it all done before checkout at 10 am. Never having leased a house before we did not know.
These were not huge inconveniences, just unexpected when we were paying a pretty high price for the week's rental. But still, the house was absolutely wonderful, just like the pictures, and we would rent it again in a heartbeat if we could afford it. -

We enjoyed very much this spacious and welcoming home!! We were a group of 14 and everybody was very comfortable and happy of this stay... Perfect to have good time and to enjoy good meals around a big table!! We recommend it all the way.

This house was fabulous! Especially for extended family. It was clean, spacious, beautifulperfect for our needs. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend it to anyone. we loved the beach nearby also and loved Harwichport. Hope to come again!
