I needed a place to stay last minute and New England Vacation Rentals responded immediately with 3 various properties and I picked this house to meet my needs: good price, clean, basic, close to Chatham, ma. This property fit the bill - nice size rooms, nice deck, private and in a very quiet neighborhood. With all the running around on our vacation and the little time we stopped to sleep, the price was perfect as were the accommodations. The folks at New England Vacation Rentals were excellent to deal with and quick with their replies. I will definitely rent from them again when I'm in the beautiful Cape Cod area!

Left on 09/03/2008 for a stay in August 2008
The property was very clean upon arrival. The only warning is that the double bed is very small and should be replaced by something larger. Other than that, the property was a great deal and the people we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Enjoy your stay! It is definitely a recommended location and property.
