The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Red River Beach, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a nature walk. Air conditioning units are provided in the bedrooms for your comfort. The home rents for $750 per week during the off-season (June and September).

A great place very quiet
near the beaches about 2 miles and all services.

It was a clean & well stock house. The only down side with renting through Realtor is there was no accommodations with the check in & check out time. 3pm for check in is way too late and check out at 10am was way too early, didn't really have a 7 days rental.

nice Cape house, close to beach and park
A really nice small house with screened in porch, deck, barbq, nice
furniture, cable TV, ten minutes from Chatham beach and not much
further to Brewster and Nickerson park, low key quiet neighborhood.
