The house was pretty much what I expected. Nice, clean, cute, good location. Cape cod rentals is pretty unaccommodating. They are out of the way and you must pick up and drop off the key to them. Any local info you may need just look it up in google, thats what there agents will do. Also do not plan on a BBQ near the end of the season, your rental will be out of gas. Next year I will be renting directly from an owner or at the very least from an agency who cares about their renters.

Summer escape for the whole family including the pooch.
My family enjoyed the neighborhood jogs, fresh water ponds, nearby beach, and close to downtown Chatham
dining. Perfect for a relaxed Cape getaway. We'll be back!! -

Great combination of traditional Cape getaway yet all the creature comforts! Bright, cheerful, clean, comfortable, and the outdoor shower is to die for ! Close to anything you'd want or need and a great mid-Cape location. I loved the scenic and relaxing lake nearby, particularly within a short walk. A summer visit is always ideal at Restabit, but I've been there for Thanksgiving and found elegant places for dining. I can't wait to go back, but don't have enough company to fill the house !

Great place! I have stayed there for the past 4 years and every year there are improvements to the property. Located in a great spot to do everything we love about the Cape- beaches, fishing, shopping and day trips to other parts of the cape and the islands. The new central a/C and being pet friendly is unheard of on the cape. House is clean (would never know pets are allowed) and sleeps a ton of people. On a good road with no traffic and has a nice back yard for the dogs to run.We love it and will keep coming back.

My wife and I have stayed at the cottage and had a wonderful weekend. It is a convenient location to many attractions. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood; we walked everyday! Several stores nearby for your needs. Sought out a great fish monger for some lobster and had a great dinner. We would love to rent again and again!!!
