Everything is furnished including furniture, Queen bedding and linens, glassware, dinnerware & cookware. Everything you need for your long term stay is provided. All utilities, cable tv, wireless internet, are included in the monthly rent. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy living downtown close to dining, shopping and entertainment. This unit is located in Downtown Hastings, NE a vibrant area featuring art galleries, coffee shops, bakeries, theatres and lots of cool shopping. Stroll down 2nd Street and view the bronze sculptures located throughout the area. Slip over to the local winestore and taste a variety of wines from around the world or catch a movie at the Histori Rivoli Theatre located 1/2 a block from our loft. In the morning slip downstairs to the Back Alley Bakery and have a freshly baked cinnamon roll or kolache. Hastings is located just 15 minutes south of Interstate 80 and is 1.5 hours from Lincoln, NE.

This was not the type of rental space I would expect in a small town like Hastings, Nebraska. Very "big city" loft-style design and decor. Brand new and well appointed. Close to coffee shop, restaurants, small shops. Comfortable for an extended stay. Randy is very helpful. Would stay again.
