This beautiful three bedroom ground floor apartment in the newly constructed Palm Beach Condominiums is the ideal choice for either a family vacation, business trip or quiet getaway.

With beachfront positioning but close to all amenities you have the option of joining the hustle bustle of a thriving tourist island or relaxing and taking a quiet break from it all.

This ground floor condo is well outfitted with a comfortable open plan kitchen/living area offering a well equipped kitchen with casual seating at the granite countertop while the lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV.

E...ach of the three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds that can be zipped together as a king, and bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. The master suite opens out to the covered patio.

The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area to make the most of the wonderful tropical lifestyle. The patio is surrounded by a small garden area that offers privacy, and a pathway meanders out to the pool area.

A small gate leads directly out to the beautiful golden sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. From there you can hop on to the popular South Coast Boardwalk which runs for just over 1 km and ends in Rockley. Join the many who use the Boardwalk for exercise, or try one of the many bars and restaurants dotted alongside the way, or stop just to admire the view.

Maid service is provided 3 days a week.

Additional Location Information

Palm Beach Condominiums is conveniently located on the south coast in Hastings, Christ Church, next to the Coconut Court Hotel. It is less than a 10 min drive into Bridgetown and about a 20 minute drive from the airport. It is an easy walk or bus ride to the many restaurants, bars, shops, banks along the main south coast road. The popular South Coast Boardwalk begins from Coconut Court Hotel and runs for just over 1km, ending in Rockley. There are many bars and restaurants along the Boardwalk.

There is free parking outside your condo Block. There is a regular bus service that runs up and down the main street (Hastings Road or Highway 7) and a bus ride is Bds$2 (US$1).

  It was better than we even imagined ! The 3 bedroom condo was gorgeous, roomy and clean... perfect for our six family members. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. We were on the bottom floor and were steps to the beautiful pool, and just beyond that was the ocean. We sat out on the large table on our lanai for our coffee and breakfasts. And sat listening to the tree frogs chirping at night. We walked along the beach many times and even had a chance to walk along the boardwalk, which was a short distance away. The location was great; near the airport and Bridgetown, and Oisten's Fish Fry, and not too far from Holetown. We rented a car to get around because there were six of us, but could have just as easily hopped on a bus. We were afraid July would be too hot, but the weather was 83 degrees and sunny everyday... it was actually hotter in Connecticut. Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! It was truly a vacation to remember !!! 5 stars all the way !

  The Condo was a nice mix of indoor and outdoor living space. Spacious and new.
  
  Condo complex was quiet and relaxing. Hotels and both sides provided desired beach facilities (chair, bar, toys).
  
  Owners and managers took an interest and were willing to accomodate.
