We gained access by getting the key to the house out of the key safe, an excellent idea and the first time I have used one. As soon as we entered the house it was welcoming, everything was prestine, and everything that you would have needed was there. The heating was on and there was a welcome pack of tea/coffee and biscuits on the kitchen worktop with milk in the fridge, just what's required when you arrive, a nice cuppa. Instructions for everything were in the kitchen all neatly in a folder. Through our own stupidity we thought we had a problem with the television, I called the owners and they were there immediately, it was a case of not pressing the button down long enough, nothing at all wrong with the television. The owners were excellent. It really was a pleasant and comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it..
Well thoought out and planned accommodation; comfortable, and wa

An excellent property with all the mod-cons of home. All the conveniences you need while on holiday in self-contained accommodation. Immaculate property. A small supermarket a walk away or a larger one a short drive away. Great location to see all the local attractions. Hosts make you feel very welcome. It is our second visit, and we will certainly stay again.

A quite spacious, clean and well presented holiday let in a quiet residential area. Straight off main road and with stairs to door so may not suit all. Plenty of cookware, crockware, glassware cutlery etc, god beds and comfortable lounge with TV - not that we ever turned it on. Perhaps we are getting a bit closer to our sell by date than we like to admit but we could have done with just a tad more lighting in the lounge to read our books by The information provided mentions food available at local pub Looks like local pub closed quite a while ago but no real problem as Hastings town only a short drive away. Italian restaurant serves good food and steakhouse is excellent This was our first break in this area and we found plenty to do in Hastings and the surrounding area Be aware that if you decide to visit the Pavilion at Brighton the exhibits are superb and the cost of admission is reasonable but the cost of parking is a scandal at £6 an hour.
