This comfortable cottage is located in a popular neighborhood of Hatteras Village, and is just one lot back with unobstructed ocean views from both levels. The sand path is just steps away and leads over the dunes for easy beach access. The ground level has a concrete driveway, partially shaded dog pen, fish cleaning table and enclosed hot/cold outside shower.The first floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas, and laundry.
