The Hale Kumulaau (Tree House) is a fully air conditioned vacation home located on our privately owned oceanfront properties on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers ocean & tranquil garden views. Hale Kumulaau is a second floor duplex 2 bedroom, 1 bath home just 80 feet from the ocean. It is situated in the middle of our group of privately owned homes and overlooks an interior courtyard and the blue Pacific Ocean beyond. The Hale Kumulaau features a complete, modern and open kitchen with full size sealed top stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the... cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. All the kitchen appliances are stainless steel. The kitchen opens to the living & dining area where there is seating for four. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and open to a large covered lanai that overlooks the ocean. A queen size sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and tropical teak furnishings fill the spacious and open living room. There is a Cal King Bed in one of the bedrooms and a Queen size bed in the other.

Enjoy relaxing on your large covered ocean view lanai which overlooks our tropical courtyard and the blue South Pacific Ocean only 80 feet away. Your private lanai has an outdoor dining table with seating for four. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard just 80 feet away. Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu, Hawaii where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. RATES: Nightly:
3-4 nights: $239.99
5-6 nights: $215.99
7-13 nights: $203.99
14+ nights: $191.99

Holiday Rates: We charge a flat rate of $1,999.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $3,998.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. No exceptions.

Minimum requirement for Christmas & New Year's is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation rental. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.

Add a one-time, non-refundable, $125.00 cleaning fee to all reservations, a facilities fee of $14.99 per day and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $19.99.

State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is currently 13.962% (charged on rents) and State of Hawaii General Excise Tax on Oahu is currently 4.712% (charged on services, not including rent).
