The Hau'ula Lanai (Balcony over Hauula); is a very large centrally air-conditioned (by mini-split) duplex (1200+ sf living area) 2 bedroom, 1 bath direct oceanfront suite that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (400+sf) private oceanfront lanai "balcony." The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, two recliners, and a plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining t...able & seating for four. The Hauula Lanai has a completely remodeled kitchen and bath with granite counter tops, stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The 1st bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has tranquil garden views and enjoys a queen size extra plus pillow top bed. All areas of the home have ceiling fans, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Hauula Lanai is by far our most private and the perfect place to relax "Hawaiian Style."

Enjoy relaxing in chaise lounge chairs on your own private & expansive oceanfront lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains. Your private lanai also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Relax in beach-side chaise lounge chairs or watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Our oceanfront & beachfront vacation rental homes are located next door to each other in Honolulu, Hawaii in the small fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Sacred Falls, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Kualoa Ranch and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu, Hawaii where the Ko’olau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail & tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Hawaii of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki. We are confident that you will enjoy our beautiful Hawaii beach houses.

RATES: Nightly:
3-4 nights: $249.99
5-6 nights: $224.99
7-13 nights: $212.49
14+ nights: $199.99

Holiday Rates: We charge a flat rate of $2,299.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,599.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. No exceptions.

Minimum requirement for Christmas & New Year's is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.

Add a one-time, non-refundable, $125.00 cleaning fee to all reservations, a facilities fee of $14.99 per day and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $19.99.

State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is currently 13.962% (charged on rent) and State of Hawaii General Excise Tax on Oahu is currently 4.712% (charged on services, not including rent).
