Welcome to The Oceanside estate! This secluded property offers 2 homes on a tropical estate and everything you need for a quiet, peaceful, vacation in paradise! With over one acre of lush tropical paradise, and custom heirloom quality Koa (rare Hawaiian hardwood) furnishings, this property offers so much more than your average vacation rental! A 500 meter jogging/walking path surrounds the property, and with an amazing salt water pool, heated jacuzzi, basketball/tennis court (these courts are currently under renovation), and world-class home theater, you will never want to leave! Come stay with us and indulge in a truly unique lu...xury experience.
Great care has been taken to give you a unique experience even to Hawaii. Known for its exquisite beauty and hawaiiana feel, our koa furnishings will surely place you literally in the lap of luxury.
The owner has personally traveled through much of Hawaii and stayed in many of its finest hotel suites and luxury homes but none of those have offered an experience like this.
The home theater suite comes with a very rare 70 inch Sony HD tv that is unrivaled in the HD display market today. Equally impressive is the theater's sound system. The drivers are all from the French audio geniuses at JM Labs! This sound system has consistently been rated in the top 10 worldwide by audiophile magazine and many others. It's so impressive that it is hard to find a movie theater that matches its quality.
The upstairs suite feature Koa furnishings. There are 2 king size koa beds with a 52 inch HD Sony LCD screen. This room features a ps3 if you are into gaming:). The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances.
The botanical gardens are very exotic and feature very rare plants from around the world. The lush tropical, private nature of this property makes staying here quite unique! The owner has stayed many places worldwide and wanted to create something extra special that he had not found elsewhere. It is peaceful, quiet, and very luxurious. You won't see any neighbors and they won't see you. It is a haven that soothes the soul.
With the pool, the tennis court, the half basketball court, the volley ball court (these courts are currently under renovation), and the jogging path you won't want to leave. However the beach is only a block away and the most amazing beaches on the island are 10 minutes up the road.
Included in your stay here is free laundry service, 2 complimentary 1 hour massages per week (the massages are complimentary for all non-discounted stays of a week or more) and a variety of organic foods, from fruit to yogurt to gourmet pasta. Also right across the street lives our property manager who is on call 24/7 except midday on Sunday, if you were to need anything at all.

This house is absolutely incredible and we will be coming back as soon as we possibly can. It is brand new with every possible amenity you can imagine. Incredible views, grounds, and a delightful wrap around deck. We thoroughly enjoyed biking to Ted's Bakery, swimming and snorkeling in front of the house, chillin on the decks, and paddle boarding. Our teenage son was able to spearfish with the most hospitable home owner. The perfect location - a gorgeous beach is your front yard. A stones throw from Shark's Cove and Waimea Bay - you can ride one of the bikes that is offered with this home to either location. We rented this incredible house from august 4th through august 10th. Every room is beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable beds. For those who like to cook - the kitchen is dynamite - ocean view, every kitchen item you possibly need and more. Our group consisted of four adults and four teenagers. We had plenty of space - the house is large and roomy. The only drawback is that you will have to leave at some point and that no other home could come close to the beauty, comfort and location of this extraordinary find! We highly recommends this luxury beachfront estate.
