This terraced cottage is located in the Yorkshire village of Haworth and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Hobbiton is a mid-terraced cottage on the edge of the popular Yorkshire village of Haworth. The cottage sleeps five people and has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one single plus a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside the cottage is roadside parking for one car and a small courtyard with outdoor furniture. Perfectly located for discovering the Dales and the history of Haworth, Hobbiton is a lovely family holiday cottage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We stayed at Hobbiton in Haworth for 2 nights so that we could visit saltire.The cottage was lovely and comfortable with free wifi,3 beds,and lovely kitchen.The cottage had everything you could possible want and was really warm and cosy with a log burning fire to keep you extra warm at night.Plethora of pubs and shops only I short walk away.We will return.

My husband and I and our son and his girlfriend stayed at Hobbiton over Christmas week. The property is in a lovely area of Yorkshire and less than 5 minutes walk from Haworth Main Street. The property is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a perfect stay. The owner made us feel very welcome and had laid on some Christmas decorations which made the place feel very festive, not to mention a complimentary bottle of wine. We had no problem parking two cars outside the property although this might be more difficult in the peak summer reason, however there is more parking available in a nearby street. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

this was our first experience of staying in a holiday let and we weren't put off doing it again. We were very impressed with the standard of certain aspects of the cottage like the kitchen, the bath, the funiture and the matresses. We had a lovely free bottle of wine on arrival got 10% off food and drink at the Fleece.

Haworth is a lovely part of Yorkshire that could be a world away from anywhere. I have visited on many occasions, but never stayed over until now. I found the accomodation and service to be excellent and had no problems booking the room. It was very clean, very tidy and had a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere to it.
