Take in the views of beautiful Hayden Lake from the deck of this wonderfully updated four bedroom, three bathroom home. It is easily accessed right from the driveway leading you to the front door. Inside you'll find a completely appointed gourmet kitchen, dining room, and living room, all open to each other for you to enjoy spending time with family and friends. The home has a large main floor with two bedrooms including the master suite. The large living room has comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV complete with satellite and DVD player. The home has beds enough for eleven. The master suite has a huge king bed, two additional rooms have king beds, and the lower bedrooms have bunk beds. There is an additional convertible bed with room for one. There are three full bathrooms so everyone has room to get ready for the day or wind down for the night.
Just a few steps away from the main house you'll find a separate game room complete with a pool table and a wood stove, perfect for a cool spring or autumn day you'll often find in northern Idaho. Play some billiards or gather the clan to play other games.
Outside is its own special paradise. On the spacious deck you'll find comfortable outdoor furniture and gas grill, perfect for the outdoor cookout. Take a few paces down the Trex steps to your private boat slip and beach and you'll be right on Hayden Lake. If you want to stay inside, there is ample room to relax, read a book, visit with family and friends, or watch TV. If this is a working vacation, you'll find the home has WiFi for you to stay connected.
If you're okay with driving, there are several restaurants in the area where you can enjoy a burger, pizza, or a gourmet meal in Coeur d'Alene. If you want to stay in and cook, you'll find everything you need to prepare meals for everyone. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the utensils, pots and pans you'll need. Weather permitting, take advantage of the gas grill on the deck and enjoy the amazing views while barbecuing.
When you stay at this home, you'll have your own boat slip. Or you can drive a short distance to one of the public dock areas where you can rent boats, paddle boards, wave runners, or kayaks. In Coeur d'Alene, take advantage of golf, art walks, shopping, some of the best restaurants anywhere or just relax at one of the local parks. If you're a cyclist or hiker, you'll want to hop in the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes, a 72 mile paved trail from Mullan to Plummer. Cycle or roller blade to historic Heyburn State Park, just seven miles south, and spend a day hiking the trails. Depending on the season, bring the camera and photograph osprey, eagles, and other wildlife.
Being so close to Hayden Lake and Lake Coeur d'Alene, there's plenty of kayaking, rafting, and, of course, fishing. Anglers can try their luck both in the lake and nearby rivers for bullheads, cutthroat trout, and a variety of others.
