This attractive and well furnished cottage is able to sleep a total of six people in two double bedrooms and one twin, making it ideal for families or a group of friends. Set on a former farm amid lush countryside, this property is a superbly converted semi-detached barn, just three miles from Hayle and four miles from the stunning coastline. Well-furnished throughout, this property offers a lovely sitting room with wood-burning stove, an en suite to the master bedroom and a large kitchen with dining table. Outside is a private garden and shared use of a paddock, making this a perfect spot for al fresco dining, an afternoon sunbathing or a g...ame of football or cricket. There is plenty to do in the near vicinity as Tregotha Barn and with towns like Penzance, St Ives and St Michael's Mount close by, visitors are unlikely to get bored.

Town: Set in the midst of lush green fields and just four miles inland from the glorious beaches at Hayle, the pretty village of Reawla is an excellent base from which to explore the land of Celtic myth and legend that is Cornwall's far west. Testaments to the county’s mining heritage can still be seen, whilst the coast with its rolling surf, miles of sandy beaches, hidden coves and outstanding cliff-top walking is just minutes away and provides some of the country’s best surfing and water-sports. The towns of Penzance and Helston are close by, as is the quaint fishing harbour and artist’s colony of St Ives. St Michael's Mount with its medieval castle and church provide an imposing presence, standing off shore in Mount's Bay.Read more

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  So hard to find pet friendly accommodation in Cornwall, this was that and so much more. A beautiful location, really central to everywhere we wanted to go. A lovely cottage, fantastic for us with two kids and our parents as plenty of room. Owners on hand most of the time if you needed them. Have booked to go again next year and booked one of the owners other properties because 12 of us are going!! Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

  We had a lovely week in a great location with lots to see and do. There was fly fishing available locally and we were not far from the sea for a spot of sea fishing. The cottage was new and very clean with lots of space

  On the whole a good holiday

  Property at the end of a very muddy lane and the sign post was obscured from one side. Need a car for shopping and entertainment.
  Property was clean and spacious - the welcome was very friendly. If you are afraid of Turkeys - don't go they visited the property regularly looking for handouts - we thought it was delightful!

  the cottage needed a good clean all over - furniture not been hoovered under; bathroom units dirty, loo flushing temperamental and seat needed replacing
  there were tens of flies upstairs each evening
  washer dryer broken - did not dry
  duvets far too hot for summer stay

  The house and the owners were fantastic. A lovely welcome and felt as if we were staying with friends. Peaceful and and a memorable holiday. I would recommend this to anyone.
