The owner was very helpful and friendly and she left us basic requirements to begin our stay - milk, bread etc.The cottage was very clean and well kept with everything we needed including DVD player & films.
It was very near to local amenities including a newspaper shop, fish & chip shop, Tesco Extra, Community Library with internet access. The cottage was not facing the main road but at right angles. Space to park.
Also near Rspb bird reserve, sea and countryside.

Kath's Cottage is an immaculately kept property in the centre of Heacham, a lovely quiet village just south of Hunstanton in Norfolk. It has easy access to everything you'd need for a stay in the area. The owners are friendly and co-operative. I cannot fault the cottage and thoroughly recommend it.

A fabulously appointed cottage supplying the best available. Everything provided incuding milk in the fridge & a bowl of fruit. Excellent value & have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Kath's cottage is perfect in every way, very central to the village and the neighbours were friendly. The garden is very pretty and it's a lovely place to have a glass of wine or read. I would recommend the cottage to anyone who likes a peaceful relaxing time

A very warm and friendly owner which very much reflected in her cosy comfy cottage. We spent Christmas there and wanted for nothing. So much to see and do in the area. An abundance of real ale pubs and loved the local mussels. The wild life flying in and out was a spectacular sight. Very much look forward to returning.
It was a restful weekend in good accommodation.

This was the first time we had rented a cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kath's Cottage. We had a very comfortable bed which was most important and everything in the cottage was spotlessly clean. The landlady was very pleasant and made us feel most welcome.

A little cottage with a big heart! Quality of accommodation , furnishings etc.excellent - perfect for 2. The unexpected additional touches i.e. toiletries, condiments etc were a welcome breath of fresh air. We were so rested after our weeks holiday we immediately re-booked and are now looking to returning in 2011.

The cottage was clean and well supplied with everything you could ask for for a stay. There was even milk provided and a basket of fruit! The bathroom was provided with a wide range of toiletries. It was a short walk from the village with shops and an excellent pub. An ideal place for a couple to get away from it all. Ideally placed for a wide range of destinations
