Sunnybrae East Cottage is situated in the pretty hamlet of Healaugh, just 1.25 miles from Reeth. The cottage sleeps five people and has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with breakfast area and a sitting room with an open fire and a dining area. Outside, the cottage has ample off road parking and a small garden area with furniture. With stunning scenery and many picturesque places to visit nearby, Sunnybrae East Cottage is a lovely... setting for a break in this beautiful area.

Town: The tiny hamlet of Healaugh is made up of traditional cottages and farms close to the River Swale in glorious Swaledale. The ancient nearby village of Reeth dates back to Saxon times and was mentioned in the Domesday Book and later became a centre for lead mining and, surprisingly, for hand knitting. The village green is an unusual triangular shape and the 18th Century houses and hotel cluster around the central space. It is unsurprising that this honeypot of a village attracts many visitors. Another popular village, Askrigg, is close by, as are Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater and Hardraw Force. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
