Chicago, ILBest kept Secret in the Dry Creek Valley
Left on 08/17/2012 for a stay in July 2012
Tucked between picturesque vineyards and gently rolling country roads, Zinscape is nothing short of a gem. Five years ago, my husband and I were honeymooned on the grounds and have counted it a privilege to make frequent return visits as we consider this to be the very best accommodations in the Dry Creek area. The owners and proprietors of the grounds, Isabelle and Bruce, ensure that every detail of our stay is always just right including all of the staples such as coffee, orange juice, and freshly baked croissants. We have stayed in both the guest house and the cottage on our return visits and find both to be a comfortable and serene experience. The grounds are located approximately ten miles from Healdsburg and even closer to Geyserville. Both drives offer stunning views of natural landscapes and working vineyards.

The owners are friendly, accommodating and live on site. The view from our room made us feel like we lived in the grape vineyard. The location was excellent for touring the area. Amenities were excellent.
Will return again next time in Healdsburg. Thanks Bruce for making our trip fabulous. -

Maryland, USAPerfect Sonoma Retreat
Left on 07/06/2012 for a stay in June 2012
A delightfully comfortable retreat in Sonoma, minutes from Healdsburg. Our host Bruce adams was so helpful with recommendations of wineries to visit and sites to see. The croissants delivered each day were delicious. We especially appreciated having the comfort and seclusion of a private cottage, while having everything stocked in our cottage for breakfast or a snack. A great place to stay. Would love to go back some day, but meanwhile we have been directing many of our friends to this little gem of a retreat.

San FranciscoZinscape means total relaxation
Left on 06/04/2012 for a stay in May 2012
My husband and I work long hours and its difficult to get away from San Francisco. We decided to treat ourselves to a long weekend up in the wine country and booked with Zinscape. What a find! The location is superb, vineyards stretching out in front of you, beautiful flowers and landscaping on the property. The decor is lovely with spacious tiled baths, everything you need. We enjoyed also the privacy...we enjoyed the serve yourself breakfast of coffee and croissants on our own time schedule. Zinscape is also very close to many of the more interesting boutique wineries of Sonoma. One day we visited several of those, ate dinner at nearby Healdsburg, but the next morning really appreciated just hanging out in our beautiful surroundings at Zinscape. The hosts are lovely people, glad to help you out with suggestions and info if needed. We came back to work totally renewed!

Left on 05/30/2012 for a stay in May 2012
We just got back from a fantastic vacation at Zinscape. From the moment we walked through the door we were just in awe of the beautiful surroundings and well appointed accommodations. The bathroom is absolutely breath-taking. The attention to detail is unmatched by even the best five star hotels. We will certainly be back again!

Boston, MAThis was perfect for us.

This was our third stay for my wife and me. On a "pleasure scale", Zinscape ranks with our varied experiences in Paris, Lake Como, the amalfi Coast and the Grand Canyon. The location is rural, but not isolated. The visuals are exceptional. You can walk to a winery tasting room to buy dinner's beverage. You need to be self contained: make you own coffee and make your own bed. You must like the peaceful environment of vineyards. We will be returning to Zinscape and the hospitality of Isabelle and Bruce.

San Ramon“Why would you ever stay at a hotel when you have this gem!â€
Left on 03/18/2012 for a stay in September 2011
I stayed at Zinscape from September thru most of October for business. As a professional in the wine industry I will say that this place is top notch in the area for accommodations. It's totally different than a hotel experience, its secluded, quiet, peaceful, only about 10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg (driving). For the price, there is no reason to ever stay at a hotel if you are coming to the Healdsburg area. You are surrounded by wineries and vineyards, even walking distance to some.
I also cannot say enough about the owners Bruce and Isabelle, they take care of you the moment you walk in. They both have a wealth of knowledge about wine in general and also wineries in the area. I have recommended Zinscape to all of my friends and family! I'll be back! Thank you Bruce and Isabelle for a memorable stay!

San Francisco, CAGreat wine country staycation
Left on 03/15/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Have stayed here on more than one occasion and will keep coming back. Great location in Dry Creek valley, private and quiet. The cottage is beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated. From the king size bed you can see the vineyards right outside the sliding doors. And then there's the oversize soaking tub in the bathroom, great for relaxing with music piped in from the sound system throughout the cottage. There is a kitchenette with a small dining table and bar/stools. Great for busting out your wine country finds - cheese, wine, bread - and sit and enjoy the view. There is also a small patio right outside so you can be even closer to the vines! The hosts are extremely gracious and accommodating and have thought about all the details (nice touches like the European shower/bath soaps, satellite TV, croissants/butter/jams, etc) Highly recommended!
