Healdsburg Hillside Haven is newly and professionally furnished and decorated in peaceful and relaxing hues and eclectic artwork. Features include custom lighting, skylights, abundant windows, and sliding doors, opening to three balconies and to the outdoors. Eco-friendly, it has a photovoltaic solar electric system, a three zone central heating and air conditioning system and bamboo flooring. This spectacular home has an open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings and many interesting architectural elements. Enjoy the dance of natural light and shadow as the sun moves across the sky and experience the splendor of nature from every room.

The bright and airy gourmet comes fully equipped with all the essentials and a whole lot more; a professional Viking gas range and oven, a granite island countertop, an expansive pantry, all the dishes, glassware, flatware, professional cookare that you need for a great epicurean experience. The kitchen opens directly onto the tree shaded patio allowing access to the BBQ or as an al fresco dining option. The living room features a relaxing seating area with TV, DVD and SONOS music system with stereo surround sound. A three-sided fireplace separates the living room from the large open dining room. Both rooms open to a balcony with outdoor seating areas, offering tranquil views over the Russian River and vineyards beyond.

The home has three (four) luxurious bedrooms each appointed with its own plush bed (2 kings, 1 queen, and 1 very comfortable, full sleeper sofa), with lush linens and bedding, soft lighting, TVs (in two bedrooms), CD clock radios, and romantic and artistic decor. Each level has 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Additional amenities include a patio sound system, Comcast cable and wireless internet service throughout, a two car garage, and much more!

Day passes to the Parkpoint Health and Swim Club are available for $15/day for adults, $10/day for children 10-16, and $6/day for children 9 and under. This premier club has it all, with heated lap, aqua exercise, and children’s pool; weight and exercise machines; exercise, yoga, and pilates classes; all styles of massage; snack bar; etc.

  We travelled with another couple to celebrate a 40th Birthday. The house was perfect! It was well appointed so that it was beautiful and comfortable at the same time. We enjoyed morning walks and then a spa/plunge before going out to sample the Healdsburg wineries and restaurants. It is definitely a place we look forward to returning too.

  Our family of 5 stayed in this very modern and comfortable house last summer. The house has a very light and airy feeling. It is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen which we used extensively over the 10 days we stayed there. The bedrooms are all well appointed and comfortable.
  
  The house has wonderful views of the Russian River valley and vineyards from all of the rooms and we liked to sit out on the decks in the warm evenings.
  
  What we liked the best was the proximity to Healdsburg itself. The house is only 5 minutes by car from the square and the wineries of Dry Creek valley and the Russian River are only a bit further.
