A very comfortable and enjoyable 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home with an optional 3rd bedroom studio apartment, an add-on for larger groups. Located on a prime spot on the banks of the Little Red River in Heber Springs Arkansas.

As nice as the house is, the best features of this home is the private dock and the new 18x30 deck... you can use the river for fishing or relaxing and entertaining!

Off the living room is a sunroom that fills with light and more great views.

There is a large covered outdoor dining area with charcoal grill, fire pit, dining table, picnic table, front and back porch swings and the most beautiful views of the... river you could hope to find.

This vacation home is private and quiet! There are no homes across the river from you and the neighbors are a good distance away and well blocked by trees and greenery. We can't guarantee you will catch your limit everyday, but you will have a great time trying!

The house sleeps 4 with privacy and 6/7 with air bed and sofa. The studio apartment is available to rent in addition to the house, for larger families or group of fishing buddies. It has a queen bed, full kitchen and bath and can be added for an additional $45 per nights use.

The property is on the Little Red River, near Lost Creek Golf Course and approximately 5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake, hiking trails, and downtown Heber Springs for antique and boutique shopping.

Bring your fishing poles, personal items, food and drink and enjoy your stay!

Standard Summer/Fall Rate - $125 per night, 2 night minimum. + $45 cleaning fee.

Special Rate- 7 days - $675 per week includes cleaning fee and taxes. additional nights added @ $125.00 per night.

Special Rate 3 weekday nights - $375.00 includes cleaning fee and taxes. (Monday-Thursday) additional nights @ $125.00 per night.

The studio apartment can be added to any booking for a fee of $45 per night +$20 additional cleaning fee.

$200 security deposit required via check, must be received prior to reservation date, returned upon inspection after departure.

Credit cards accepted via PayPal.

Checks and Cash also accepted.

Check out - Noon

Any cancellation without 7 days notice results in forfeiture of $200.00 deposit. Prior to 7 days, there is no charge for cancellations.Read more

  My husband said that it was the most relaxing vacation that he had taken in a long time and just whnd he was looking for.   Fishing Weekend

  We went for a weekend of fishing and golf. River is a few yards down the hill and the golf course about 3 minutes away. Caught the biggest fish we have ever caught in probably 15 trips. The house was much nicer than expected, having stayed other places in the area, it was a pleasant suprise. The TV's in each bedroom were great and 2 bathrooms was a big plus. We didn't use the apartment on the side (sleeps 2 and a bathroom I think), but if you have more than 3 people, it is probably worth it. We will definitely come back.

  Relaxing...

  My husband and I stayed at the Layze River House with my parents and brother in law during Memorial Day weekend in 2009. This place is wonderful! Very clean, very well laid out, everything in it's place. The fishing on the dock is pretty good. The boys went out in the boat and I had to stay at the cabin. I just got up at 6 a.m. and fished by myself. It was absolutely the most relaxing vacation I've had in a while. Neighborhood is quiet, river is quiet. I am making plans already for my next trip! Thanks for a relaxing vacation!
