Family Friendly, near Cincinnati & Creation Museum

A home away from home.

This clean, well maintained family friendly home is located minutes from all that Cincinnati has to offer, as well as the best of Kentucky. This house is less than 10 years old, has a open floor plan that allows for family relaxation. It is modern, airy, and warm, and also has many amenities for your kids to enjoy (including a large room on the lower level with toys, a Wii, DVD player, as well as a large yard, with a deck, swings, a sandtable, and play kitchen). It is located on a cul-de-sac for privacy, and has a driveway for off street parking.

The three bedroom home offers a master bedroom with a king siz...e bed, a second bedroom with two twin bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a queen size bed. The playroom (large lower level room) also includes two futons (1 full size that will easily sleep two people, and a smaller futon for one adult or two kids). Two full baths are included as well- one located on the upper level, one on the lower.

A nice dine in, fully equipped kitchen with an island leaves room for many to gather and enjoy a meal together. Our table has seating for eight. The kitchen opens into a living room with a very comfortable sectional couch (that is also great for sleeping), and a LCD HDTV with a Blu-ray DVD.

The back porch looks over a large backyard that backs up against an open field and a treeline - offering lots of privacy. There is firewood and a firepit for nice nights outside. Kids will love to swing on the swings, play at the sandtable, and the play kitchen.

This home is located 10 miles south of downtown Cincinnati, less than 2 miles from the Cincinnati airport, within 20 miles of three local casinos, and 6 mi from the Creation Museum. We are minutes from many great local restaurants, the Florence Mall, movie theaters, and many other amenities.

Located 15 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, and within 4 miles of the Cincinnati airport. Fun destinations while staying at our location include The Creation Museum (15 min.), Cincinnati Zoo (30 min.), Hollywood Casino (15 min.), Skatepark/Swim Park (10 min.), Kentucky Horse Park (1.5 hrs. Lexington, KY) and many other fun amenities.

The rental is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and has a driveway that fits four cars, as well as off street parking.

We are within minutes of a large local grocery store, Starbucks, many restaurants, McDonalds, gas stations, and many other conveniences that would make your trip more enjoyable.

  This was an excellent choice for us as we stayed in the Hebron area, this house has all the necessities you need for a complete vacation...the house was very cleaned, very family friendly...plenty of room, sleepy arrangements were perfect. I would definitely book this house again when coming to visit family and friends from my home town.

  The House Provided What a Hotel Could Not!!

  It afforded us (as Grandparents) the opportunity to enjoy a vacation with our son, daughter-in-law and their 10 children (12 and under) under one roof! Even if we had two adjoining hotal rooms they limit the occupants. They're not very family friendly! We visited the Newport aquarium, Dad and Mom and 7 of the children took in a Reds-Cardinals ball game. We all spent two days at the Creation Museum and this was the highlight of our trip! What a fantastic experience! My only negative would be the cost for extra occupants. Even though the owner calculated the normal over-charge for each person and then divided it in half, it still seemed a bit much to pay for "wear-and-tear" of little toddlers. I would understand if we were talking about teenagers or reckless, misbehaving children. You wouldn't know their behaviors in advance but you could apply a higher deposit to cover potential damages rather than charging higher for children. Still, we are grateful for being together.

  Perfect place to stay for our trips!

  My family has stayed in this home multiple times and it has always been a great experience. There is a play room in the lower level with lots of stuff to keep the little ones busy, while the upstairs is laid out nicely with a large open area including the kitchen, dining area and living room.
