The apartment is located on the third floor and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower and toilet. From the smaller of the bedrooms, you have access access to the small southwest-facing balcony with umbrella.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven / microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob with 2 burners. Our house is located in the suburb of Neuenheim, with its old villa development and the many town houses from the Art Nouveau period that make it one of the most sought after residential areas of Heidelberg.
