This dreamlike apartment welcomes two people in Helgoland, a small archipelago in the North Sea. It is situated on a quiet side street in Oberland, the higher area of the island. A bakery is just around the corner and a supermarket is in w...alking distance as well.

The combined bed and living room features satellite TV, a stereo, a coffee table, a double sofa bed, and a dining area. A sunny patio offers outdoor relaxation.

The full kitchenette includes tableware, a fridge, a two element stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The bathroom comes with a toilet, a washbasin, and a shower stall.

Formerly Danish and British possessions, the islands (population 1,650) are located in the Heligoland Bight in the southeastern corner of the North Sea. These islands are approximately three hours' sailing time from the city of Cuxhaven at the mouth of the River Elbe. In addition to German, the local population, who are ethnic Frisians, speak the Heligolandic dialect of the North Frisian language called Halunder. The main Helgoland island has a good harbor and is frequented mostly by sailing yachts.
