Four Seasons is a detached cottage in the village of Scratby near Great Yarmouth, in Norfolk. This cottage has four bedrooms, two doubles, a twin and a room with bunks, and can sleep eight people. There are also two bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is a separate dining room, and a sitting room. Outside, a large lawned enclosed garden is ideal for family fun. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Great house in a great location. Right by the beach which the kids loved, house very comfortable and had everything we needed. Enjoyed it so much we have already booked again for next year.

There were 8 of us staying,my wife,son,his wife & 4children & me.Thers plenty of roomwith large TV,with games to play ps3,my son took his X Box and was playing ok,if weather was dull.A great back garden,youngest was 2 and garden completely closed in so he could'nt escape.Ample parking,and can still close gates.Accomadation was ample,comfertable even the kitchen was large.It is such a good holiday home that we have booked to stay again next year.Looking forward to it.Oh,by the way,we took our dog as well,its a pet friendly home.

Great house well equipped spacious and clean
set on a cliff top away from it all ( apart from housing estate on route to it and other cliff top houses)
Away from pubs ,shops ,entertainment - nothing within walking distance and perfectly dark at night as no street lights - wonderful! If you want to escape the world!
However when we booked this property the neighbours ruined our perfect peaceful location by doing loud DIY starting early in the mornings!
This is obviously beyond the owners control and has not put us off booking again. But think if it happens again ,we won't risk another visit as the appeal of this place is its isolation and quietness.

The house had everything and more for comfort and luxury. The garden was well maintained and a pleasure to sit in, only comment was not dogfriendly on one side where our two dogs could get out. The views were stunning and it was so quiet. We only stayed a week but returned home totally relaxed. I would recommend this lovely house and will return again but am finding it difficult to find a free week as it is so popular.
