Welcome to Suzanne Robert's Vacation! We are a Canadian couple with a love for Vegas. We purchased our first home here in March of 2009 and furnished it as though it were our permanent home as opposed to our vacation home. From linens to plush towels, we have done our best to think of everything one would require to call this their home away from home.
This wonderful home is located just off of the 215, a mere 12 minutes southeast of the McCarran airport and the action packed Las Vegas Strip, in the wonderful community of Henderson, Nevada.

Clear River Canyon is located in the upscale residential neighborhood, just off the 215. Lovely tropical trees and floral bushes align the street. Grocery shopping is located within a short drive, as well as wonderful restaurants, Green Valley Ranch Casino, The District and much more. Travel on the 215 east and you will reach Boulder City and Hoover Dam.

With a hot tub, pool, pool table, and gourmet kitchen, this house made it hard to get motivated to go to the Vegas Strip. The decor is beautiful and the backyard stunning having various sitting areas. The house is located minutes off of the freeway and is simply beautiful. The property manager is extremely attentive and helpful. Our coffee maker broke and was replaced the same day. We were visiting visiting friends in Henderson, so the house was a great place to socialize, and they were very impressed with the house's amenities.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for 22 Days. We absolutely loved our stay especially the back yard, pool and hot tub. The back yard is like an Oasis with many statues and special little conversation items tastefully situated around the yard. We are sun people and this back yard has everything one needed, even a huge gas BBQ. Inside the house is very spacious and very well decorated and furnished, Every mourning the wife and I would play pool on the nice 3/4 pool table. The home is located in a very nice neighbourhood in Henderson and is close to an abundance of shopping and golf. Thank you Suzanne and Robert for letting us enjoy your home.

A place can be too nice when you are traveling with two busy boys ages 9 and 6! When the property manager showed us around, we expressed some concern about possibly breaking something. Thankfully she just said "Well, if they break something, just let me know."
Whew. Well, As you can see from the pictures, it is a really great place. We enjoyed this as our base camp for our days activities, and I actually lost a pound while on vacation! Who does that? Well, when you can go out and hike during the day and come home and cook your own food, that is how.
This is the owners own property which they use on the continual basis, so the kitchen amenities are real items that you don't worry about breaking. Washer and Dryer etc. Of course all the fun stuff is here. Swim in a pool and then play pool? Sure!
There are only two minor quibbles I had with this place. 1) It would be nice to have a little trip helper binder, recommended restaurants, pizza delivery, local things to do 2) A lock on the master bedroom door. If you have kids, you know what I mean.
All in all, we felt so comfortable at this place, and truly appreciated it. -

4 night stay in January. House has every imaginable amenity! Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Unbelievable back yard with swimming, hot tub, dining area, outdoor kitchen as well as a conversation area with a fire pit. Easy access to beltway to head over to the dam or the other way to airport or The Strip. Owner was easy to work with and property manager is next door neighbor. Can't think enough superlatives to describe this place

and the owners are so friendly and attentive
The home has an oasis backyard pool area very quiet
The henderson area is very secure and the casino ( green valley ranch ) is just
5 minutes car drive

My family & I just finished our wonderful Christmas vacation in Suzanne & Roberts' home. An absolutely fabulous & stunning home topped off with beautiful decor all around. Suzanne has made the home as cozy, warm, & welcoming as possible. Much kudos goes to Sherri as she made us feel very welcomed and made it a very easy check-in and check-out process. Kelsey, again, thanks for the lift to the MGM to see The Eagles concert.
I highly recommend to my family & friends, and anyone else looking to stay for a longer duration in Las Vegas to stay here. Henderson area is a very safe neighbourhood and we never felt uneasy or uncomfortable at all. Everything was in close proximatey for all we needed from groceries, movies, shopping to Bingo!
The pictures on the site do not do justice and once you see the place in person, you will be just taken away.
We have found our "home-away-from-home" when we want to get away from it all :) -

We had a wonderful experience in Henderson. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed. The area is close to shopping and restaurants and casinos. We were only about 10 minutes to the strip. The backyard oasis which includes a pool and hot tub is very private and quiet with many statues and wonderful landscaping.

Incredible home for a short or long period any time in the year. This home is lovely and truly "home away from home".
The location was exactly what we wanted: 10 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip.
There are a few restaurants, shops, gym and Starbucks with walking distance.
The amazing garden with palm trees and the big pool made the stay memorable. In the morning drinking coffee in the garden and watching hummingbirds was a great way to start the day.
The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
As soon as we arrived we were so pleased that it was such a peaceful and relexing hideaway.
This is our choice for our next trip to Las Vegas. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great and fantastic vacation. -

What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood.
We most enjoyed the backyard and pool. It is completely private and feels like you are in your own private oasis. Great landscaping with trees and greenery.
We traveled with a 6 month old so we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and family friendly community.
It is a short distance to shopping and food. ...and a quick drive to the Strip for fun.

My husband and I loved this spacious vacation home in a beautiful area of Henderson where you can go walking to shops, restaurants or go for a morning latte. Its a short driving distance to casinos and for some great shopping at a number of malls. You can eat out at many great restaurants or if you want to cook at home everything is there for you.And the home has everything from barbecuing and enjoying a cocktail out by the pool and smelling the fragrant rosemary shrubs. A great place to relax and have fun Vegas style.
