The cottage was definitely 4 star, clean, comfortable & very well equipped. My wife & I were reluctant to leave.
There was a small hiccough with the TV remote , but it was soon rectified. Merrick made sure that everything went smoothly. We did not have a car, but the bus service accessible from the top of City Lane was satisfactory. Little Beeches is a long way from where we live in Perth, Australia. but we'll be back.

We found it ideal in every respect. We love this part of England and have spent many holidays near by. We found this just what we were looking for, friendly, comfortable and excellently presented, a first class position we have already booked for next year.
