Just off River Road, the main drive on the Northeast end of the lake, rural and hidden from traffic,but friendly, somewhat secluded and private for those tired of city noise.Turn on MillStone, right on Blue Heron. Home is in the middle of 4.1 acres of wooded land but cleared and level facing the lake and sandy beaches. Parking space is generous, so we can host large events and weddings..
Launch ramp is 1/4 mile away. Restaurants, shopping, grocery, and medical are convenient, within 3-5 miles, with .several options for gas, golf, and antiquing. Lake Gaston is 35 miles long in 2 states and 5 counties, manmade for power generation, water supply, and recreation. Cars are needed for travel, golfcarts, boats, and jetskis are allowed. Bike safely on side streets. No public transportation. Airports are Raleigh, Richmond, Norfolk.

- Cleaning fee - $600 / stay - Other - Beds made before arrival, all linen and towels for both bathrooms and the lake are professionally laundered and delivered before your arrival.
- Damage deposit - $1,500 / stay - Security Deposit - Security deposit is totally refundable when no negligence or damage to home, contents, or grounds occurs.
- Tax rate - 7.75% of rental - Tax - Tax is applied only to the rental amount.
- Pet fee - $200 / stay - Fee - $200 per pet. Non-payment will result in immediate eviction.
- Event - $500 / stay - Fee - Any rental made for more than advertised occupancy is considered an event and will be charged $500 extra per day. Weddings are events and will be reserved with a $500 event fee.
- Reservation Fee - 50% of rental - Other - Reservations will be held on receipt of 50% rental paid.
- Credit Card Fee - $175 / stay - Other - Whole pay only accepted on credit cards. Processing fee of $175 added to complete payment.
