Quainton is a newly re-built two bedroom, two bathroom cottage with its own swimming pool and external built in barbeque, while The Nook has two bedrooms and bathrooms plus a loft room suitable for two kids. Quainton is located in the heart of Eastcliff, close to the Village of Hermanus and its vibrant waterfront, and the Eastcliff convenience centre; a 5 minute walk to each. Eastcliff is a quiet, upmarket residential area, and is popular for guest houses and B&B;'s. It is close to the golf course, the salt water marine pool and most other facilities. The popular swimming beaches are about 5 kilometres east of the town centre, and there are numerous pretty coves and a beautiful walkway along the cliff top from the waterfront all the way to the Blue Flag Grotto beach

In January we stayed in the beautiful Quainton Cottage in Hermanus and we absolutely loved it!!! It's location is ideal, within walking distance of the town, has on street parking. It sleeps 5 very comfortably, the rooms are lovely, the master has a large ensuite and the 2 nd bedroom has 2 beds. I loved the decor of the house, very modern and very cozy. The house had everything that you needed, including a washing machine :) The pool was just great on those hot summer days and the garden was very cute. I cant recommend this lovely cottage highly enough, including the lovely owners (Doug & Margi) who will make your stay a great one. I would definitely stay here again :) Thank you for everything, Linde - Ireland :)

Four of us had the most lovely stay at Quainton recently. It is well decorated, modern and super comfortable. Perfect for two couples. It is also really convenient - close to town and easy to get around. If you are thinking of visiting Hermanus, I highly recommend this guest cottage!

What a wonderful Place!! The cottage was within easy walking distance from the viby Hermanus Centre, were there are lovely cafes, resturants and stunning views of the Bay. It was also within easy walking distance of the Hermanus Cliff path, which was wonderful for evening sundowners or mornig runs/walks! The cottage its-self was beautifully decorated and the braai/pool area was great for entertaining. For those rainy days,the comfy couches and HD tv was just perfect. It had all the amenities i needed, making it a wonderful home away from home! thank you for a lovely stay!
